Agreement guidelines to have a shop front:

1) If you cancel your shop front, you will not be given a refund nor moved to another date.

2) If it rains or strong winds are indicated for that day, the markets will be cancelled or if the markets are cancelled due to Unforeseen circumstances , you can opt for a refund or move to another Sunday. Once the Sunday you choose is locked in, that is your next trading day and can not be changed.

3) I understand that Sundays in not responsible for any loss or damage to your products or shop front set up.

4) I understand I am responsible to clean and remove rubbish from my area when I close at 10pm.

5) I understand the markets start at 5pm and set up must be done by 4.45pm.

6) I understand the markets closes at 10pm and I will not pack up till that time.

7) I understand that my shop front will not be shared with another business.

Photos and videos with be taken at Sundays Markets. I give permission for sundays to use on social media.
